Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment and reschedule within 7 days, your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled booking. This is only allowed once. If you cancel your appointment more than once a new deposit will be required, no matter the time frame. If you no show your appointment you will be charged a 40% no show fee. If you cancel your appointment within 2 hours of your scheduled booking you will be charged a $20 fee.
